Don't Quit Too Soon

Research shows our really unique contributions begin after 10 years of mastering a domain of study. Yet, 1 in 4 cross-cultural workers don't stay on the field beyond 4 years.

I suspect that many of us prefer the "new" and when things get tough or stale, we jump to the next new thing.
