Everyday we receive offers to become involved in something, whether it's a new job or a volunteer position.
It's all too easy to jump at new opportunities because of dissatisfaction with what we're presently doing and the attraction of the new.
The grass is always greener, until you get there!

I really liked the 3b question to consider - how do I integrate desired role elements into my current situation - I think there is often more that we can tweak/expand in our current roles to address the missing elements that cause us to look toward the greener pastures outwards.
