Kirk Kirlin, a CRM staff member and Core Coaching Skills Graduate, earned the designation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

In two short years, the Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program has been held 12 times in 8 countries with 222 participants, and as of today 56 graduates. Kirk makes the 5th graduate to go on to earn his ICF designation.
