Coaching Hope out of Failure

"Failure" is an emotionally-charged word. Discouragement is it's constant companion. The word "failure" has a note of finality or completeness. Black or white. Bad or good.

We're afraid of failure, but some kinds of failure are actually good for us. Here's two reasons why a little failure now and then will make us stronger.

Thanks for your words on "failure" -- it is a big issue for most of us humans.

Years ago, the most painful, difficult failure experience of my life almost destroyed me. But, now I look back and see it as one of the best things that ever happened to me -- because of all I learned. It would have helped me a great deal though to have had a coach to help me process the grueling stuff I went through. And, I am sure I would have learned more, sooner.
